You’ve found us, you’re interested in knowing more & you’d like to share your ideas for your project with us…Excellent News!

Our first steps with you will be to identify 4 main components:

Compatibility – Overall attitude for working together & determining our fit in partnering with you on your project. Of course, you are contacting us to discuss your custom, design/build construction project, so naturally we’ll talk about your project, first and foremost, and within the first 10-15 minutes of our discussion, we’ll know if we’re a fit.

Land – We’ll definitely want to know as much about your property and your proposed building site/construction area as possible. Property plats and knowing where utilities, setbacks, easements and any other site restrictions are located is always helpful. Also, pictures of proposed building site/construction area are appreciated. In our initial conversations, we’ll gather details about your location, as site and road access are a big contributor to the overall success of your project.

Budget – We are certainly willing to put in the up front work in determining an overall budget for your project, which will likely take place through a series of phone calls, emails and site visit(s). During this fact finding, exploratory, initial feasibility process, our goal will be to present you with a detailed budget proposal that outlines the phases of our design/build process & overall costs which we aim to estimate within +/- 10%

Timeframes & Timelines – Our aim is always to uphold our end of our partner-builder relationship and that alone drives everything we do for our clients. Communication is key and executing your vision is our mission. Depending on your overall scope, design/engineering process & construction approval/permitting process, we may work together for a few months or a few years, which takes us full circle, back to Compatibility…
